How can Quitzilla help me quit weed?
Add Weed as a habit, tell Quitzilla when you last used and what weed cost you in money, time or both, and pick the reasons that matter to you. From then on, the app counts your weed-free time to the second, totals what you keep and sets your next goal as your streak grows. Quitzilla is a tracker, not a treatment, and it doesn't replace support from a doctor or counselor.
Can I start with a smaller goal, like a month without weed?
Yes. Every habit comes with goals from one day up to ten years. Quitzilla moves you on to the next one by itself, or you can choose a goal yourself and watch the remaining time count down. Reaching a milestone brings a small celebration in the app. The built-in goals are free; goals of your own, tied to a date, are part of Premium.
What happens in the app if I use weed again?
Record it as a relapse in the diary. The timer starts over from the time of that entry, and you can note what you spent. Your earlier weed-free stretches stay in your statistics, including the longest one, so a slip doesn't erase them. A line or two about where you were and who you were with makes the pattern easier to spot next time.
How does Quitzilla work out the money and time I get back?
If you used to buy weed once a week, enter the weekly amount; per day or per month works too. Add the time it used to take as well, if you like. Quitzilla multiplies these by your weed-free time, so the balance grows with each day. Give a reward a name and a price and your savings fill it until you can buy it, and the hours you get back can go into investments of your own, like reading or journaling.
Is Quitzilla free?
Yes. The free version on iPhone and Android covers up to two habits, with the weed-free timer, savings, rewards, built-in goals, your reasons and the diary. Premium is for unlimited habits, home screen widgets, charts, your own goals and custom habit colors.
