How does Quitzilla help me quit smoking?
Quitzilla is a tracker for the habit you're quitting. When you add Smoking, you set when you last smoked and what it cost you, and pick your reasons to quit. From then on, the app counts your smoke-free time to the second, adds up the money you keep and shows how close you are to your next goal, from your first day to years from now. It doesn't replace advice from a doctor or a stop-smoking service.
How does Quitzilla calculate the money I save by not smoking?
You enter what smoking cost you per day, week or month, for example what you spent on packs. Quitzilla multiplies it by your smoke-free time, so the total grows every day. You can turn your savings into rewards: give a reward a name and a price, and the app shows how close you are to buying it.
What if I smoke a cigarette after I quit?
Log it in the diary as a relapse. The timer restarts from that time, while your history and records stay, so you still see your longest smoke-free stretch. A short note about what happened helps you notice your triggers next time.
Can I track vaping or snus as well?
Yes. Vaping and snus are among the app's 30 habit templates, and you can add a habit of your own, such as nicotine pouches. Each habit has its own timer, savings and goals. The free version tracks up to two habits, and Premium removes the limit.
Is Quitzilla free?
Yes. Quitzilla is free on iPhone and Android with up to two habits, the smoke-free timer, savings and rewards, your reasons and the diary. Premium adds unlimited habits, home screen widgets, charts and custom colors for each habit.
